Property Manager

We’re on the lookout for an experienced Property Manager to join our award-winning team at Ray White Takanini and Karaka. In this dynamic, full-time role, you’ll be the key point of contact for landlords, tenants, and contractors – ensuring the smooth management of a diverse property portfolio.

What you’ll do:

• Manage day-to-day operations of a residential portfolio
• Oversee new tenancy onboarding, rent arrears, and maintenance coordination
• Conduct inspections, rent reviews, and lease renewals
• Ensure compliance with Healthy Homes and other legislative requirements
• Liaise with owners, tenants, and tradespeople to provide exceptional service
• Prepare for and attend tenancy tribunal hearings as needed
• Use property management software to maintain accurate records and reporting

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in residential property management
• Strong time management, organisational, and communication skills
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
• Level 4 Skills Property Management Training (or willingness to obtain)
